All reservations are subject to 12% state and lodging tax as well as a $25 booking fee. Reservations crossing over different seasons will be prorated by their prospective date & season.
Optional Pool/Jacuzzi Heat add $175/week or $25 a day. Pool Heat recommended for the months of November-March.
For stays of less than 7 nights there is a cleaning surcharge of $85
